Homebuyer Tax Credit Extension and Expansion

The $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers has been extended for agreement of sales executed on or before April 30, 2010 with settlement occurring by June 30, 2010. The tax credit was also expanded to include qualified existing home buyers for a tax credit of $6,500. Provident Homes Corp was honored to assist in the training and education of our firefighters about new construction and the fire safety features built into our new townhomes. The Caln Township Fire Marshals Office utilized Provident Homes’ core wall and construction prop as a way to explain various fire safety features, such as a double layer 2 hour fire rated core wall system with break away clips, and fire rated foam insulation. Provident Homes Corp was proud to help the Thorndale Fire Company in educating our emergency responders so they can better serve our community.
